Adele's Legacy

This fund has been set up by  Arlene (Adele’s sister) and Zoe (Adele’s BFF)  with the proceeds going directly towards raising, and supporting  Adele’s children .

These are Arlene's words about her wonderful sister, Adele.

My beautiful, kind and caring sister Adele was diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer in December 2019. Unfortunately, we've been told that there is nothing else that can be done to help my sister and she is now under the care of the palliative nurses. This has hit everyone who knows Adele incredibly hard, but it's hit her loving family and three beautiful children even harder.

Adele is a solo parent who has brought up her 3 children, she has a beautiful daughter, Olivia who is 17 and two adorable twin boys aged 9 years old, Hamish who has Autism and Brodie who has ADHD.

My sister has been an inspiration, showing strength and courage in all of the obstacles that this disease has thrown her way, and has never lost her fighting spirit. It would be wonderful if you could donate towards helping protect and care for her family when she has lost her fight against this cruel disease. Adele has always been so positive and, even now, is still smiling. She is such an incredible example for everyone.

We are reaching out to those who knows Adele and are touched by her love for life and may want to contribute to the support of her family in some small financial way, at this incredibly difficult time.

Adele will always be remembered for her incredible warmth, her fighting spirit, her sparkly blue eyes, her sense of humour and her beautiful big smile. She is the life and soul at any party.  Any Doctor that walked through the door when she was in hospital, couldn’t believe the smile and positivity that greeted them.

Her children are the light of her life, she is so immensely proud of them, and to know that they will grow up without their mum has left them and us broken hearted.  We can't give them their mum back, but we can help support my retired Parents in continuing to follow in Adele’s footsteps by developing and supporting her children.  Adele is Cathie and Alan's youngest daughter.  My parents are the most kind-hearted parents, to think that they will lose their 40 year old daughter and the children will lose their mum at such a young age is an unimaginable loss.

Adele is a mother, a sister, an aunty and a friend. The positive impact she has made on many, especially while fighting this disease, will forever be imprinted on people's hearts.  She is our warrior princess and has so much love for her children, even through fighting this awful disease she continues to prioritise them.

Our love, thoughts, and prayers are with Adele, her family and friends at this difficult time.

Please share this cause to your FaceBook timelines to enable us to help Adele’s young family move forward  where anything donated will assist in supporting her young family.
