Fences To Secure Our Auditorium

Having built our beautiful building, Freedom Centre UK now need to improve the security at our site to help protect our buildings and everything inside them.

There has been a long term need to improve the security of our site to help keep our events safe as well as protect our buildings, vehicles and equipment. We have planning permission to erect 2m fencing on top of the walls surrounding our site. We need to urgently install the fencing on the wall between Freedom Auditorium and the retail park; having had instances in the past of people jumping this wall and disturbing events. We currently have temporary fencing left from the building process, but this will need to be removed soon making the site more vulnerable.  The total cost of the fencing by the retail park is £20,000 and we have already secured a generous grant from Allchurches Trust for £3,400 towards this cost. This leaves £16,600 to be raised so that the work can be completed.
