Southampton resident 41 year old Sarm Joan Lillian Heslop went missing from a catamaran from St. John in the US Virgin Islands in the early hours of Monday March 8, 2021
Sarm was living and working on Siren Song, a charter catamaran owned and operated by her boyfriend, Ryan Bane. The boat was moored just off shore at Frank Bay, St John, USVI and the couple had been ashore for dinner on Sunday 7th March 2021. Sarm was reported missing by Ryan at 02:30am on Monday 8th March 2021. Ryan went ashore to meet with police who advised Ryan to return to his boat and notify the Coast Guard which he did, at 11:46am. It was reported that all her belongings, including her phone, were left aboard the catamaran.
The coastguard and Virgin Islands Police Department carried out an extensive search of the ocean and shorelines, however, they found no evidence Sarm had gone into the water and to date the boat has not been searched. The local USVI Police continue to investigate.
Her family & friends are desperately worried about her as it is uncharacteristic of her to disappear without contact.
Friends & family have launched a Crime Stoppers appeal of $5-$10,000 in reward for information leading to an arrest of individual/s responsible for her disappearance. We are now wanting to raise £10,000 to cover the reward, travel expenses for Sarms parents to travel to the USVI and raising the profile of the campaign.
We, as a collective, have found the generosity of the public, their time, support and effects truly overwhelming. We cannot put into words how thankful we are for all the support so far and we now ask for your continued generosity in generating a reward.
In the event that we raise more than £10,000 or the Crimes Stoppers appeal is not used, we will be donating all monies raised to the following two charities which have supported us throughout our campaign, and one charity that Sarm fondly supported,
LBT GLOBAL www.lbt.global

Battersea - www.battersea.org.uk
Thank you for talking the time to read our appeal, we will be forever grateful for any size donation.
