First Milk Top of the World Challenge for MHF

First Milk is a wholly British farmer-owned dairy co-operative with a vision to create value for members by delivering long-term prosperity in the form of success, profitability, security and well-being.  

This year, First Milk's chosen charity is the Mental Health Foundation. Spending more time at home over recent months and our regular social activities no longer available, we've challenged our colleagues, friends, families and farmer members to walk, run, cycle or swim collectively a total of 6628 miles. This is the equivalent distance of our office in Glasgow to Mt Everest, via our creameries in the Lake District and Haverfordwest.  

The challenge allows for social distancing and minimises travel, enabling everyone to participate near home and do as much or as little as they choose. Every step raises valuable money for our charity as well as for our mental and physical wellbeing.
