With our latest dance show, Acting Our Age, placed on pause, we’re giving the joyful spirit of this inter-generational dance work life through a series of online movement classes.  These classes are aimed at movers over the age of 55, but we welcome adults of all ages to our group. Let’s join one another online, to move, dance, connect and laugh together.

These classes offer a space for us to reconnect with our bodies and with each other.  Sessions are grounded in Flexer & Sandiland’s creative approach: bringing awareness to our anatomy, using imagination and physical sensations to experience ease and pleasure in moving. Classes will lead you through gentle movement improvisations and may include simple exercises that are accessible to all.

Please wear comfortable clothing and we recommend you work in bare feet or if needed with socks. Prepare and clear your space as much as possible. You might want to have a bottle of water and chair to hand.

Directions to join your class online
Classes are given on a simple online platform, Zoom.
Zoom is accessible from your phone, tablet or computer.
You can download the free zoom app for easy access:  https://zoom.us/download

We will email you a link to each class, shortly before the class. If you have any difficulties joining class, please email [email redacted]
We really look forward to welcoming you to our classes!
