Over the school half term holidays, a team of us will be running 10km every day to raise money for Young Minds Trust - a charity that is committed to the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people.
As teachers, we know how difficult this last year has been for many of not just the children we teach, but children all over the UK. This is why, over half term, we want to challenge ourselves to run a total of 70km from Monday 15th February until Sunday 21st February.
We know that keeping active over half term will be good for our own mental health therefore we would love anybody who wants to JOIN US in keeping active this half term.
Whether it be 10,000 steps every day, 10km walk ever day, 10 minutes activity each day or even 10km over the week, we want more people to join us in fundraising money.
Please let us know if you are taking part fundraising and we can share your own personal challenge.
Keep Moving for Young Minds from Monday 15th February until Sunday 21st February.
