It’s fair to say that 2020 hasn’t been the year we thought it was cracked up to be
Just from looking through my social media, along with a few personal experiences, it has become clear how much this year has affected people’s mental health.
Running is my safe place, both from a stress relief and not only benefit from the physical aspects but also the mental aspects too.
I’m going to be taking on my biggest running challenge yet! I’m going to run a marathon* everyday for 31 days to raise money and awareness for Mind.
This challenge will commence on January 1st 2021 and end on January 31st 2021 (if all goes to plan)!
My training for this will start immediately so stay tuned for lots of updates!
*this doesn’t have to be done in one run, it might take two, even three runs a day to fit around a full working week.
