We want to tackle this head on as a school community of parents, carers, children and staff - we want to raise enough money to give the children the playground equipment they deserve! The teachers and our children also want to recognise and support the incredible work of YoungMinds. They are the UKs leading charity and advocate for children and young people's mental health. 20% of all funds raised will be donated to support their mission to ensure that no young person ever feels alone with their mental health. You can help us!
11 of our Teaching and Support Staff* plus a number of parents and children are running the Bath Virtual Series (5km, 10kms and Half Marathons) to raise money for the playground train replacement and YoungMinds. For many of us, this is our most significant physical challenge EVER! For some of us, its quite frankly nothing short of a miracle. All runs will be completed by the 14th March 2021 which would have been the Bath Half Marathon weekend.
If you feel able to, please support us by making a donation. Every £1 will make a difference. Every £1 will spur us on during our training runs on these cold grey days! Thank you in advance for your contribution it will mean so much to the staff, children and benefit so many beyond our community too.
* Our amazing staff runners are Mrs Evans, Mrs Kirby, Mrs Edmund, Mrs Lake, Mrs Reynolds, Mrs Kelley, Mrs Wood, Mrs Burgess, Mrs Hedges, Mrs Garrard and Mrs Cripps.
