Reunite Tom with his family

Tom is my friend and a member of my church. He had to leave his home country due to persecution because of his faith. He managed to escape prison and  was smuggled to Europe, ending up in the UK. I have heard his story in detail and to hear of his perseverance and trust in the Lord during the most awful suffering over many years is humbling.
I am seeking to raise £26,000 in order to reunite Tom with his family. They had to leave their home  when he did, but they ended up in a different European country. The money will allow Tom to apply to the Immigration Service to have his family brought here. At last they will be able to live, work, and worship together.
It would be amazing if this could be raised within the next few weeks as once he applies to have his family here, he will also be able to accept a place at university. His goal is to become a Maths teacher.
Please help if you can. It would mean everything to Tom and his family.
