Running 400 miles in aid of Mens Mental health

Myself and many other men I know have, do and will continue to struggle with mental health issues. Health services are underfunded and understaffed and underappreciated. I pledge to run 400 miles from January 1st to December 31st. Like I have done this year, I will post each run over on my Instagram just as a personal and (Public?) diary. Any shares, donations, kind words and things of that ilk are greatly appreciated. Every month I will be donating £10 to this fund. The time for change is now and there's no better time to start than the present.

I will also endeavour to personally thank all who donate, share and support my journey.

With love and best Regards,

Curt x
