Help Dave Williams fight against Glioblastoma

As if 2020 wasn't already challenging enough, on 14th September Dave was diagnosed with a Grade 4 Glioblastoma Multiforme, a highly aggressive brain tumour with a poor prognosis.

Dave and his wife Victoria have two very young children, and the family have obviously been completely devastated by this diagnosis.

He bravely underwent brain surgery on 25th September and despite suffering a stroke during the operation is regaining his mobility and doing well.

Sadly, the fight is only just beginning, as without ongoing intensive radiotherapy and chemotherapy the tumour will continue to spread rapidly.

To give Dave the best possible chance against this cancer he will need to travel to London every week for the foreseeable future to take part in a Clinical Trial. Following this he may need to travel to Germany for an experimental treatment which costs in the region of £250,000.

As well as this devastating diagnosis, Dave and Victoria are having to worry about the costs of travelling and staying in London, as well as the huge treatment costs. Anything you can donate would really help ease the burden on Dave and his family at such a horrendous time, and will ensure he can access the treatment he needs.

Thank you
